- Make, model, equipment serial number and capacity are required.
- It is required for the start-up of an equipment (Commissioning) that the electrical installation is completed.
- For warranty validation, the equipment must not be handled by non-certified personnel.
- For equipment under contract and under warranty, services are 24 hours a day, otherwise from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- For equipment under 6 KVA the warranty must be requested to the plant.
